How wonderful it is to be surrounded by women passionately living their dreams!
During my Personal Branding Portrait Photo sessions in Brighton & London area, I have an opportunity to photograph amazing people and help them to showcase the heart of their business, their essence, their passion and love for what they do and why they do it!
Together we can create strong impact and strengthen the connection with your audience, followers and clients through my branding, fashion, lifestyle, commercial, product or traditional portrait photography.
Working with Mercy is pure joy.
She follows her passion and intuition and she dreams as BIG as me!
Mercy, a fashion designer and blogger based in Eastbourne, is one of those inspiring women I have the chance to photograph on a regular basis. She needed images that would authentically and creatively represent the style, patterns and cut of each unique dress that she sells on her website and on Etsy .
Simultaneously, Mercy needed images of herself that she could use on her website and on Pinterest to represent her brand as a fashion designer, blogger and influencer.s
Mercy started designing dresses for herself but quickly discovered that there was so much creativity in her that wanted to be expressed and shared. She set up ‘Amary’ to showcase her uniquely beautiful creations.
Mercy works mainly with African prints because she loves the vibrancy of the colours and the patterns, and because of the cultural richness in African textiles.
Her design inspiration comes from nature, memories, love and endless randomness that life brings.
From the very beginning, Mercy had a very clear vision of the photo shoot.
For our first photo session together, we chose some of Brighton’s beautiful street settings. We decided to go for a lifestyle, relaxed and natural look during our fashion photoshoot.
Our goal was to focus on the beautiful colours and patterns of the dresses as well as on Mercy herself - the blogger, influencer and creator of the designs.
"When it comes to styling (photography), there are no rules, take the dress and make it your own, be yourself and celebrate your uniqueness in your own individual way. The only important thing to remember is to wear confidence as an accessory with every outfit."
Surprisingly, I quickly discovered that my photographic style was perfectly in line with the overall design of the Mercy’s fashion style: timeless, modern, comfortable and stylish!
Perfect match!
I am very impressed to see how Mercy has upgraded her business with her new photographs and how she uses them across her Instagram account, Etsy shop and blog/website.
It’s very important for me to ensure that there is a good match and energy between me and my client as this is the way we can create magic together!
