“Golden cage” is my biggest original abstract acrylic painting.

I called this piece a “Golden cage” because of the feeling of being locked in a “golden cage”, not fully free to travel and move around. Feeling restricted . . . not just physically.

The pictures don’t do it justice until you come closer to “the cage“. The contrast of depth texture, layers and metallic gold and blue acrylic colour patterns is mesmerising from different angles.
